One piece of constructive feedback for ya: this may be just me, but in my mind the word 'revelry' carries with it a connotation of celebration involving sex and alcohol. I know that's not the only way it can be used, but there might be a way of conveying that same sense of excitement and celebration without the potential for misunderstanding.
